1.       How do I place an order ?

Browse through the website to view various categories and collection. Click on the product image and go through the product details. If you wish to buy the product please click on “Buy Now”. Product will be added to the cart. Cart can be seen in upper right corner. If you want to add more products please click on “Continue Shopping” else proceed to  “checkout” for choosing payment method. If you want “Cash on Delivery” please check if the service is available at your pin-code.

2.       Do I need an account at Ajnaa.com ?

No. You can check out as a guest. We recommend creating an account as it is a lot easier for placing orders in future.

3.       Colors of the products , are they accurate ?

We are meeting here at our online store. We make sure that images are as real as possible without any special effects. But colors slightly vary on various screens ( mobiles / laptops / desktops ). Most creations are handmade and so they might slightly differ from the image. Natural stones might have shade difference too.

4.       Dimensions of the product , are they mentioned ?

For most of the products, sizes will be mentioned in detail. Please refer to the size , description and material section on the product specific pages that get opened after you click on the product image. If you do not see size details or have any queries around the size, please reach out to us before confirming the order and we will help you with the exact size details at the earliest possible.

5.       How do I pay ?

We accept all debit and credit cards issued in India/Outside India. You can also pay cash on delivery of your order; however there will be a convenience fee charged for this service. It’s a fixed fee irrespective of value of the order. This fee is charged by our courier partners for cash handling. For international clients , Please use "Razorpay".

6.       Do I get to know the shipping details ?

Yes. 24 hours after we ship your order we get tracking number for your parcel. As soon as we get it we mail tracking details and you can track your own shipment.

7.       I cannot connect to your helpline number OR My call went unanswered …

In case your call goes unanswered for multiple times please write to us at hello@ajnaajewels.com with your name and number and we will call you back. We are into exhibitions and sometimes it gets practically difficult to handle calls at peak hours. We hope to get bigger and have a dedicated helpline team real soon.

8.   Do we accept returns ? Or do we replace / exchange / refund.

12.   Is shipping free ?

For all prepaid orders, there will be no charges applicable.

For COD ( Cash on delivery ) orders , there will be a nominal delivery charge of Rs 50/- only
